Salt & Sea mission honors pillars of the nabe

A big-hearted group is honored for its service to the needy during a benefit awards in Coney Island, presented by the Salt & Sea Mission. The tribute at Gargiulo’s restaurant, 2911 West 15th Street, honored: Judy Orlando, Astella Development, “Woman of the Year”; Brooklyn School for Global Studies, “School of the Year”; Keosha Chance and Rosangela Negron, “Students of the Year”; Frank Walsh, “Volunteer of the Year”; and William Ammatuna, John Adesso and Sean Ahearn, “Community Service” (not in order).
