Victory Hospital to flat line - ‘We’re basically gone,’ board of trustees chairman says

It is the final countdown for Victory Memorial.

An icon in Bay Ridge for generations, the hospital and its emergency room are now poised to close in a few short weeks.

Victory Memorial board of trustees chairman Bill Guarinello said the facility has already drastically scaled back its operation, with only 30 acute care beds remaining from the original size of 254 beds.
