he Brick Theater, Inc. presents a Bone Orchard production of “The Stubborn Illusion of Time,” a multi-media ghost story about living.
In this multimedia performance event, Bone Orchard plays off the film of their previous theatre piece created in an old coffin factory in Williamsburg, “The Immediate Present,” to explore the incarcerated state of two female spirits and two living men as they struggle to break free of their illusions.
The play is described as a free-floating movement play which weaves together macabre, eerie scenes in a tapestry of moods.
Performances are July 18-19 and 24-25 at 8 p.m. at The Brick Theater (www.bricktheater.com), 575 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg. Tickets, at $15, are available at the door or through www.theatermania.com; 212-352-3101.
