Motorist trapped after collision

The Brooklyn Paper

An area motorist was rushed to the hospital Thursday after his car slammed into a parked school bus in Coney Island. Officials said that firefighters had to rip away the crushed remains of the victim’s sedan to free him following the morning crash at West 27th Street and Neptune Avenue. Stunned witnesses said the motorist was heading eastbound when it rammed into the back of the parked bus – its nose falling under the rear bumper.
