Halloween 2009: Brooklyn Heights is a howl

Bopping gourds tripped the light fantastic with Kermit the frog %u2013 and pretty princesses romped with ghouls %u2013 as the young and the young-at-heart hailed the year’s most whimsical day with a rip-roaring parade at the Brooklyn Heights Playground.
