Burglar nabbed

Cops arrested a 28-year-old who they say broke into an E. 13th Street home on Dec. 6 — and stole an assortment of coins.

The owner of the home near Avenue M said that he heard glass breaking at about 12:40 am. When he went to investigate, he found the suspect inside his home, taking the coins. He was arrested a short time later.

iGoons busted

Two teenage thieves robbed another adolescent of his iTouch, watch, and cash on Nov. 30 during an altercation on E. 17th Street.

The victim was entering a storefront near Avenue K at 3 pm when one of the suspects attacked — ordering him to hand over his property. The second teen acted as a lookout.

The suspects ran off with the victim’s loot, but they didn’t get far — cops arrested the two a few days later, charging them with robbery.

Car cracker

Cops arrested a 23-year-old man who they say wigged out on a Flatbush woman’s car as she drove down Church Avenue on Dec. 3.

The victim was motoring past E. 18th Street at 9:10 pm when the suspect lobbed a beer bottle at the car. Once she stopped the car he ran over and kicked the car repeatedly as cops were called to put him in custody.

Bad neighbor

A 21-year-old woman was arrested on Dec. 1 after she attacked a 65-year-old neighbor on Newkirk Avenue.

The two women were arguing near Ocean Avenue at 7:15 pm when the suspect threw a cigarette box at the victim, hitting her in the face. She then grabbed a stick and hit her in the face with it repeatedly, witnesses told police.

Killed on Ralph Ave.

A gunman opened fire on two men on Ralph Avenue on Dec. 4 — killing one of them.

Witnesses told police that the victims were between Snyder and Tilden avenues at 4:33 pm when the gunmen let loose a barrage of bullets, hitting a 39-year-old man in the head and a 40-year-old man in the foot.

The 39-year-old died at the scene. Paramedics rushed the other man to Brookdale Hospital, where he was in stable condition after treatment.

Cops are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward. Calls can be made to the NYPD CrimeStoppers hotline at (800) 577-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.

Fatal crash

A 36-year-old man was killed on Dec. 1 after he lost control of his van and crashed on Kings Highway.

The victim was approaching E. 94th Street at 1:15 pm when police say he struck the center island and veered into oncoming traffic, where he was hit by a red van.

The 36-year-old — as well as two passengers — was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he died of injuries stemming from the crash.
