Thugs attack senior during robbery at Nostrand Avenue business

Brooklyn Daily

Two men left a 65-year-old woman injured after a push-in robbery at a Nostrand Avenue auto-leasing business on March 6.

The victim told police that she was inside the commercial building between Burnett Street and Madison Place at around 9:30 am when she heard a knock at the door and went to investigate. As she was opening the door, the thugs rushed in, knocking her to the floor.

It is not yet clear what the perpetrators were after, although officers at the 63rd Precinct say that they suspect the robbers were after some-kind of documentation.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital with minor injuries.
